These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and Findrr ("Application", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"), operated by Subhajit Das, governing your access to and use of the Findrr mobile application and related digital services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLICATION. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION, OR USING ANY FEATURE OF FINDRR, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN.
By using Findrr, you represent and warrant that:
A. You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws (including the Indian Contract Act, 1872).
B. All registration details provided by you (Name, State, District, Date of Birth, and Email) are accurate, truthful, and belong solely to you.
C. You shall not impersonate any person, register on behalf of another individual without authorization, or utilize stolen identity credentials.
Findrr is a personal financial management and discipline application providing:
A. On-device local automated expense logging via bank SMS / notification parsing.
B. Mindful Spending Guard reflection overlays for UPI and food delivery applications.
C. Findrr Arena gamified financial discipline duels and virtual territory maps.
D. Emergency Legacy Shield PDF document exports for family succession.
E. Findrr Pro paid subscription tiers with advanced financial tools.
A. FINDRR IS A SOFTWARE TOOL FOR PERSONAL BUDGET TRACKING AND DISCIPLINE ONLY. THE APPLICATION IS NOT A BANK, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, WEALTH MANAGEMENT FIRM, OR SEBI-REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER.
B. All insights, calculations, volatility simulations, inflation projections, and health scores provided within Findrr are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal financial, tax, or investment advice.
C. Users are advised to consult a certified financial planner or tax professional before making significant financial, tax, or investment decisions.
A. Subscription Tiers & Pricing:
Findrr offers optional premium feature access ("Findrr Pro") under two plans:
- Monthly Pro Plan: ₹99 for 30 Days of access from payment time.
- Annual Freedom Plan: ₹999 for 365 Days of access from payment time.
B. Payment Processing:
All digital payments are processed securely through Razorpay or authorized payment gateways. By initiating a purchase, you authorize Razorpay and Findrr to charge the specified amount (inclusive of applicable taxes).
C. Strict Duration Enforcement & Non-Transferability:
- Purchase of a Monthly Plan (₹99) strictly grants 30 days of Pro access.
- Purchase of an Annual Plan (₹999) strictly grants 365 days of Pro access.
- Subscriptions are tied to your registered email account and are non-transferable.
D. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Findrr Pro subscriptions grant immediate access to digital premium features. Unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or explicitly approved by support, all purchases are non-refundable once activated.
- If a payment is debited but Pro activation fails due to a technical error, provide your Payment Reference ID to findrrsupport@gmail.com for manual verification.
E. 7-Day Free Trial:
- Eligible signed-in accounts may claim a 1-time 7-Day Free Trial. Once activated or expired, the trial cannot be reclaimed for the same user account.
A. User Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your App Lock PIN, account password, and master Secret Recovery Phrase.
B. Zero-Knowledge Architecture Acknowledgment:
Findrr employs zero-knowledge encryption for cloud backups. FINDRR EMPLOYEES DO NOT STORE OR POSSESS YOUR MASTER ENCRYPTION KEYS OR RAW RECOVERY PHRASES. IF YOU LOSE YOUR DEVICE AND FORGET YOUR RECOVERY PHRASE, YOUR ENCRYPTED VAULT CANNOT BE RECOVERED BY US.
A. Community Rules:
When participating in Findrr Arena rooms or global leaderboards, you agree NOT to:
- Post offensive, obscene, abusive, or defamatory room names or display handles.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or reverse-engineered API payloads to manipulate scores.
- Engage in fraudulent plot claims or unauthorized room access attempts.
B. Room Management & Termination:
Findrr reserves the right to terminate rooms or suspend accounts that violate community standards or engage in platform abuse. As part of platform maintenance, solo rooms (1 or fewer participants) older than 3 days (72 hours) may be automatically purged.
All software code, user interface designs, graphics, branding, logos, algorithms, and documentation associated with Findrr are the exclusive intellectual property of Subhajit Das / Findrr, protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Application.
A. "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE":
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.
B. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDRR, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BANK TRANSACTION DISCREPANCIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued usage of Findrr following updated Terms constitutes acceptance thereof. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Agreement.
